1. 参与公司自研工业软件 AI 大模型产品及核心服务的设计与研发；
2. 保证所负责模块的代码质量，及时发现并解决研发过程中的技术难题；
3. 关注AI大模型及相关领域前沿技术，结合实际业务场景持续学习与创新，推动新技术、新算法、新工具的应用落地。
任职要求：
1. 统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，具备Python开发经验，欢迎优秀应届毕业生；
2. 扎实的计算机基础，熟悉操作系统、数据结构与算法、网络协议、数据库等基础知识；
3. 熟练掌握以下Python核心技术栈（具备部分或全部）：
- 熟悉常用的Python标准库和主流第三方库
- 熟悉面向对象编程、模块化编程与代码规范
- 熟悉多线程/多进程编程与异步编程（如threading、multiprocessing、asyncio等）
- 熟悉基础的Web开发框架（如FastAPI、Flask或Django）
- 熟悉Linux操作环境下部署和调试
4. 有良好的编码习惯，具备较强的逻辑分析能力及源码阅读能力；
5. 责任心强、学习主动性高，善于沟通与团队协作，具备独立解决问题和持续自驱学习的能力，能适应一定的工作压力。
