岗位职责：
1. 积极主动学习现有开放运营平台、商保两核、商保理赔等系统的现有功能及代码逻辑。独立承担相关模块的设计及后端开发；
2. 负责应用系统功能的设计、编码和单元测试；
3. 按照开发管理规范要求编写开发文档；
4. 负责软件开发日常配置管理；
5. 负责软件代码管理及维护。
任职资格：
1. 本科以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业，3年及以上开发经验；
2. 精通Java语言及常用类库和J2EE/Spring技术框架，熟练使用常用开发工具；
3. 熟练使用常见的关系型数据库MySQL、PostgreSQL、Oracle等，能够熟练编写常用的SQL语句；
4. 熟练使用常用的ORM框架如Hibernate、MyBatis、MyBatisPlus；
5. 熟悉Redis及其在应用系统中的主要作用；
6. 对于高并发、高稳定可用性、高性能产品架构有过实际项目产品经验，对应用或产品有自己的理解；
7. 具备3年以上健康医疗大数据共享开放相关研发经验、计量计费、API网关相关研发经验者优先；
8. 具有良好等言语表达能力，善于与人沟通合作，有良好等团队意识与高度责任感。
