岗位职责：
1、参与智慧供热平台后端功能开发，包括运行管理、数据采集、平衡调度、室温控制、能耗分析、报警管理等核心模块；
2、负责供热业务系统的需求分析、接口设计、代码编写、单元测试与上线维护；
3、对接供热设备协议、数据采集、PLC /网关/物联网阀门等物联网数据接入与处理；
4、参与数据库设计、时序数据优化、存储过程、查询优化，保障系统高并发、高可用；
5、配合前端、测试、实施团队，完成需求落地、问题排查、性能调优与线上稳定运行；
6、参与系统架构迭代与代码规范建设，提升研发效率与产品质量。
任职要求：
1、计算机、软件、自动化、热能等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2、扎实的 Java 基础，熟悉 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis/MyBatis-Plus等主流框架；
3、熟悉 MySQL、Oracle 等关系型数据库，了解时序数据库（InfluxDB/TDengine）优先；
4、了解 MQ、Redis、分布式、多线程、接口设计规范，有后端微服务开发经验优先；
5、有热力/供热/市政/能源行业业务系统开发经验优先；
6、具备良好的编码习惯、逻辑思维，能独立完成模块开发与问题排查；
7、责任心强，能配合项目交付，良好的沟通与团队协作能力。
