岗位职责
1. 负责公司内部业务系统的设计、开发与维护，包括但不限于订单系统、运单系统、仓储系统、财务对账系统等。
2. 参与高并发、高可用系统架构设计与优化，保障日均 20 万+ 运单量业务的稳定运行。
3. 根据业务需求进行功能模块开发、接口开发及系统升级改造。
4. 负责系统性能优化、数据库优化及代码重构，提高系统稳定性和执行效率。
5. 配合产品及业务部门进行需求分析与技术方案制定。
6. 参与系统异常排查与线上问题处理，保障跨境物流业务稳定运行。
7. 编写相关技术文档，参与代码评审，提升整体开发质量。
8. 配合运维完成系统部署、监控与日常维护工作。
岗位要求：
1. 计算机相关专业，大专及以上学历，3 年及以上 PHP 开发经验。
2. 精通 PHP，熟悉主流框架（如 Laravel、ThinkPHP、Yii 等），具备良好的编码规范。
3. 熟悉 MySQL 数据库设计与优化，能够处理大数据量、高并发场景。
4. 熟悉 Redis、消息队列（如 RabbitMQ、Kafka）等常用中间件。
5. 熟悉 Linux 服务器环境，具备基本的部署与排查能力。
6. 有高并发、大流量系统开发经验者优先（电商、物流、支付等行业优先）。
