职责描述：
1、根据业务需求，参与产品方案讨论和技术调研，给出解决方案；
2、可独立完成相关功能模块的概要设计、详细设计，并编写相关文档；
3、负责相关模块设计，并按计划完成各模块日常开发、测试、联调等各个阶段的工作；
4、按照项目计划，按时提交高质量代码，完成开发任务；
5、参与技术问题与难点攻关，提升用户体验；
6、对已有代码进行优化和重构，系统性能调优，不断改良代码结构，不断迭代更新；
7、分析总结研发过程中遇到的问题，能够为后续开发提供高效工作；
8、能够完成领导交代的临时任务。
任职要求：
1、具备扎实的Java基础知识；精通面向对象编程，对于常用的设计模式有较深入的理解；
2、熟练运用Spring、SpringBoot、MyBatis等主流开源框架；
3、熟悉Mysql、Oracle等常用数据库系统，掌握基本的SQL优化以及数据库调优方法；
4、熟悉常用的NoSQL产品，如Redis、MongoDB等;了解消息队列开源软件Kafka、RocketMQ等；
5、熟悉Linux操作系统，掌握常用的Linux命令，熟悉tomcat、nginx优化等；
6、对代码质量有比较高的要求，追求可维护可复用的代码。
