1. 负责大模型在训练、推理方向的工程优化，并与产品结合落地
2. 设计和开发大模型+小模型的组合模型应用产品，推动AIGC在营销等业务场景的应用落地；采用Python技术栈开发，实现模型的微服务部署和调度等，设计、封装模型调用接口；
3. 打磨RAG相关技术，并将*新的相关解析、检索、召回、大模型生成等技术应用到实际的项目中；
4. 负责解决Agent应用在效果、性能、安全性方面的优化问题
5. 面向深度数据分析开发通用产品能力，解决数据分析的问题识别，归因准确性，洞察深度等技术挑战。
职位要求
1. 教育背景：计算机科学、人工智能或相关领域的本科或硕士学位；
2. 熟练使用Python/Java/C++等至少一种编程语言，有后端应用开发经验的优先；
3. 知识广度：了解和熟悉不同类别的模型，如ChatGPT、DeepSeek、Qwen、LLaMA、ChatGLM等模型；
4. 工具掌握：熟悉BM25检索和向量搜索工具，熟悉主流智能体框架，如LangChain/LangGraph、PydanticAI、LlamaIndex和ES/Mivus等；
5. 创新意识：对新兴技术保持敏感，乐于学习和尝试新的解决方案，并能将其应用到实际项目中；
6. 沟通能力：具备良好的沟通和团队合作能力，能够与不同领域的团队成员协作，共同推动项目的成功；
7. 自主学习：能够独立进行学习和研究，跟进行业*新动态和发展；
