About the Role
We are looking fa client-facing AE to support our Global business.
This role partners closely with Sales CPM to engage customers, drive technical discussions, support new product adoption. You will act as the bridge between customers, product, engineering, helping translate advanced lidar perception technologies real-world solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Support customer meetings, technical discussions, solution presentations
Lead product demos, evaluations, on-site testing
Work with customers across OEMs, Tier 1s, autonomous driving / advanced technology companies
Support new product introduction (NPI) customer integration (SDK, ROS, etc.)
Provide hands-on technical support, including troubleshooting root cause analysis
Collaborate with R&D global teams to drive technical alignment feedback
Support RMA analysis technical documentation as needed

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Master’s degree in Engineering related field
3+ years in FAE, Solutions Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales
Strong client-facing experience ability to lead technical conversations independently
Experience with lidar, sensors, perception systems preferred
Camera / imaging experience is a strong plus
Strong communication skills ability to work cross-functionally
Willingness to travel as needed
