职位描述
1、负责根据半导体器件产品项目需求，完成测试系统、老化系统、配套电路板的设计、搭建、维护、升级、扩容、提效，支持器件研发和量产项目的测试；
2、负责根据半导体器件产品特性，支持器件产品导入激光雷达终端应用，协助进行器件可靠性实验、失效分析；
3、负责进行自动化测试机台的日常点检、维护保养、状态监控、异常处置，编写测试流程和标准操作手册；
4、负责协调内部测试资源、测试任务排期、技术员工作指导；
职位要求
1. 本科及以上学历，电子工程、微电子、自动化、机械或相关专业。
2. 熟练掌握模拟电路设计和PCB设计，有单片机/FPGA编程经验优先。
3. 熟悉机械结构设计，有自动化设备开发定制经验优先。
4. 熟悉相关测试仪器操作，比如：源表、示波器、信号发生器、光路搭建等。
5. 熟练掌握Python等编程技巧，有成功的项目开发经验优先。
6. 有激光器件研发、应用等工作经验者优先。
7. 严谨细致，良好的文档编写和沟通合作能力。
