协助EHS经理建立健全公司EHS管理体系，使公司EHS管理合法合规化；
参与监督EHS管理体系在各部门的运行情况，定期参与检查或审核，不断提升公司EHS管理水平。
职责描述：
1.参与综合检查，定期参加季节性检查、节假日检查以及专项检查；
2.负责日常检查及施工现场监管,跟踪整改报告；
3.负责旧设备安全评估验收工作，协助新设备评估验收；
4.负责工伤事故上报及调查,提出纠正措施，并跟踪整改验证；
5.协助监督公司特种作业人员、特种设备、消防设备设施、安全环保设备设施、应急器材的管理情况；
6.参与职业危害因素检测及职业健康体检工作，对检测发现的不合格项及时组织整改；负责医用药箱和急救人员的管理工作；
7.负责监督危化品、使用、储存等的管理情况；
8.负责新员工入职公司级安全培训及生产管理安全培训工作，并监督部门级安全培训；
9.参与制定公司级的应急预案，协助应急演练；
10.负责检查易制毒及易制爆化学品台账及储存情况;
11.参与ISO9001、ISO14001，ISO45001、IATF16949、AEO、ATEX、RBA等相关体系的审计和持续改进。

任职资格：
1.本科及以上学历，安全生产相关专业；
2.熟悉生产改善现场安全风险，熟悉生产作业工艺规程质量改善；
3.现场管理，熟悉机械制造行业风险，事故调查及分析能力；
4.5年以上制造行业安全管理经验；
5.有较强组织能力，沟通能力，工作责任心强、有安全生产管理证书优先。
