岗位职责：
1、全面负责园区安全管理、环保管理、风险管理、风险处置工作，协助制定园区企业管理框架，做好园区企业管理工作；
2、负责做好政府部门迎检的统筹协调工作，掌握迎检工作动态，组织迎检自查、整改及业务指导，负责与政府部门工作对接，督促各项工作落实；
3、负责园区企业安全、环保法律法规的落实执行管理工作，及时掌握政府出台的各类EHS政策信息动态；
4、负责部门内业务能力培养和工作指导监督；
5、组织应对突发事件的紧急救援及处置，进行现场应急处置救援，以及后续其他的工作监督安排；
6、协助装修管理服务工作小组做好企业消防安全、废气设施的设计审核及现场安全管理工作；
7、协助实施全员安全教育培训及应急演练，提升团队安全操作技能与应急能力。
8、完成上级领导交办的其它工作。

任职资格
1、本科以上学历，环境工程、安全、环保或化学工程类相关专业；
2、5年以上化工、安全、环保管理工作经验，具有扎实的专业理论知识和良好的管理理念，持有注册安全工程师或注册消防工程师职称；
3、熟悉国家、行业安全、环保相关法律法规；
4、具有较强的判断能力、沟通能力和协调组织能力；
5、具备高度的团队精神和责任心；
6、具备良好的判断、决策、计划、谈判能力；
7、具备较强的外联与公关能力，具备解决突发事件的能力。
