1.计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历，5年及以上Java开发经验。 
2.能独立承担核心模块的设计与开发工作，具备较强的系统分析与问题解决能力。
3.精通Java开发语言，熟练掌握以下技术栈：Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis,数据库：MySQL、SQL Server 中间件/工具：Redis、Nginx、Jenkins,linux
4.了解前端相关技术，如Vue、Angular等主流框架，具备一定的全栈思维。 
5.熟悉分布式系统设计、微服务架构，具有高并发、高可用系统实践经验者优先。
6.具备良好的沟通表达能力，逻辑清晰，任务导向，能主动推动工作进展。 
7.完成领导交代的其他相关任务。
岗位描述：
1.编写高质量、可维护的代码，支撑核心业务快速落地，及时响应业务需求，解决项目中的关键技术难题（如性能优化、系统稳定性、关键业务实现等）。
2.配合管理人员，深入理解新需求，参与技术方案设计，确保需求准确、高效地落地实现。
3.参与系统架构设计与优化，持续提升系统的扩展性、可靠性与开发效率。
4.参与代码评审、技术文档编写与维护，保障项目规范性与知识沉淀。
优先项：
具有制造企业APS 排产、企业 ERP/MES 等相关行业项目经验优先；
