岗位职责：
1、负责公司相关业务的需求分析、系统研发工作，能够独立根据业务需求合理进行系统设计与实现；
2、结合公司业务发展，对系统进行规划并结合实际业务情况不断优化迭代、升级，保证系统的高可用、高性能、易用性和可扩展性；
3、进行技术预研和技术难点攻关突破系统上的技术难点支撑业务发展；
4、负责线上系统的维护管理工作保障系统日常稳定运行；
5、有运维相关经验，可以去客户方搭建系统、解决客户问题；
6、工作认真仔细、能够承受工作中的压力，优秀的沟通能力，能适应出差。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上，计算机或者软件开发相关专业，至少3年以上Java项目实际开发经验（此为必备条件）；
2、精通Java语言，精通多线程编程、网络编程，理解Java虚拟机运行模式，能够对系统性能瓶颈进行排查及优化；
3、精通SpringMVC、Springboot 、Spring、MyBaits等开源框架的使用及原理，对源码有深入了解；
4、熟悉mysql、redis、elasticsearch、clickhouse等数据库，熟练掌握SQL，能够对SQL语句进行优化；
5、具分布式系统开发经验，熟悉负载均衡、缓存、消息等相关机制；
6、具微服务经验，熟悉spring cloud；
7、熟悉NIO、Netty；有实际应用经验优先；
8、熟悉函数式编程、响应式编程者优先。
