3、具备较强的责任心，能够保证设备安全和正常运转；
4、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识，能够与同事积极配合完成生产任务；
5、能够适应工作中的压力，具备一定的抗压能力。

接受两班倒，晚班另补30元/天
