【工作内容】
1、统筹自动化产线前期规划，完成预算评估、可行性分析、需求对接及场地布局规划；
2、评审自动化设备整体方案，预判量产风险，联合供应商优化设备设计；
3、全程主导设备 FAT 出厂、SAT 现场验收及 IOQ/PQ 工艺验证工作；
4、优化自动化设备参数与结构，解决制程不良，提升产品良率；
5、负责自动化配套工装治具设计开发，处理设备重大故障并推动改善；
6、统计自动化产线生产数据，搭建可视化数据看板；
7、分析现有生产工艺流程，结合自动化设备落地工艺改善，提效降本；
8、完成领导交办的其他临时性工作。

【任职要求】
1、大专及以上学历，工业工程、机械工程或相关专业优先；
2、有PIE / 工艺 / 新产品导入，主导过自动化项目提效等相关工作经验者优先；
3、精通精益生产工具(如6S、VSM、Kaizen 等)；
4、具备良好的数据分析能力和逻辑思维能力；
5、有较强的学习能力和沟通协调能力，适应团队合作环境；
6、有制造行业同岗5年以上经验，有MSE系统经验优先录用；
7、有注塑行业、组装行业、电子行业、非标行业PIE工程师经验5年以上。
