岗位职责：
1、全面负责飞书办公系统的功能学习与应用管理及日常维护，结合公司业务需求输出功能应用方案，推动系统价值*大化发挥。
2、建立并维护飞书系统操作手册、使用规范，为员工提供系统功能培训与指导，提升全员系统操作熟练度。
3、具备基础网络知识储备，能够独立排查并处理常见的网络异常问题。
4、负责公司桌面运维工作，承担终端硬件（电脑、打印机等）维护维修、系统及办公软件部署调试更新，快速响应并处置各类 IT 咨询与故障。
5、积极配合并完成上级领导交办的其他IT相关工作任务。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、网络工程等相关专业优先。
2、持有网络工程师、信息安全工程师等资质证书者优先。
3、精通飞书系统核心模块，熟练操作人事、审批、云文档、会议、多维表格等功能，能独立解决系统常见问题。
4、熟悉飞书版本迭代逻辑，可结合业务需求优化系统配置并输出应用解决方案，熟练掌握Python编程语言,具备一定的代码编写能力。
5、具备优秀的沟通协调、快速学习及问题分析解决能力，能快速熟悉公司业务系统并独立处置技术问题。
