岗位职责：
1、负责后端系统架构设计、开发框架搭建、开发规范制定，核心算法编写，指导开发团队进行业务模块代码编写等
2、负责优化现有产品架构，设计新的架构，解决现有技术架构的瓶颈，解决现有业务产品优化升级的技术问题等
3、负责产品的创新迭代，站在业务角度负责信息技术应用与创新，产品升级迭代，解决技术难点及技术设计方案的落地
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历（学信网可查），计算机相关专业
2、八年以上Java开发相关经验
3、精通Java基础知识及JVM实现原理，熟悉常用设计模式、多线程、JVM，包括内存模型、类加载机制以及性能优化
4、具有系统设计、系统架构能力，并在多个项目上落地实施，能指导工程师开展工作
5、精通SpringBoot/SpringCloud/MyBatis-Plus 等主流Java框架
6、精通分布式缓存框架，如Redis，RabbitMQ、RocketMQ、kafka等
7、精通数据库开发技术，如Mysql,ClickHouse，有数据库调优经验
8、有高性能、高并发、高可用、高扩展性分布式系统设计，有大数据分析平台的开发、优化及架构经验，并能进行系统的调优和优化
9、有集群部署、分布式部署、负载均衡、CDN及性能调优经验者加分
10、具有较强的沟通协调和学习能力，良好的团队合作精神
