【岗位职责】：
1. 负责大数据平台核心产品的的技术方案设计、研发、维护工作，包括数据采集、数据加工、调度、数据服务、指标平台、标签画像平台、数据治理、BI等；
2. 参与大数据平台核心集群的部署、运维、调优等工作，保障大数据平台的稳定性和可靠性；
3. 大数据前沿技术的调研和组件新版本功能升级、迭代、研发工作；

【任职要求】：
1. 计算机、软件相关专业，本科及以上学历，3年及以上大数据平台相关研发经验。
2. 具备大数据组件的运维管理、性能调优经验，相关组件包括但不限于Hadoop、Hive、HBase、Spark、Flink、Kafka、Doris、DolphinScheduler、SeaTunnel等，了解源码并能进行Bug修复、性能优化；
3. 熟练使用Java开发语言，可基于Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis等框架开发项目。
4. 熟悉Linux，能够熟练运用工具排查问题；
5. 学习能力强，对数据敏感，有良好的逻辑思维能力，有较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力；
6. 责任心强，积极主动，有良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力。
