岗位职责：
1、协助建立、维护并持续改进符合ISO 13485及《医疗器械生产质量管理规范》的质量管理体系；
2、参与和协调内部审核、管理评审、供应商评审及其他外部审核准备工作，跟踪整改措施的落实；
3、负责IVD产品研制、生产和检验现场监控，确保生产和检验过程符合质量标准，处理变更、偏差及不合格品等，推动CAPA实施；
4、负责批记录审核及产品放行活动；
5、审核IVD试剂产品的工艺文件（DHF、DMR、DHR）,确保其符合《医疗器械生产质量管理规范》以及ISO13485的相关要求；
6、配合集团公司确保产品上市后监管活动符合相关法规要求，包括投诉处理、医疗器械不良事件的收集与报告、医疗器械召回等；
7、组织或协助开展质量管理培训；
8、上级交代的其他任务。

任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，医药，生物技术，等相关专业；
2、3年以上IVD行业质量工作经验；
3、熟悉IVD产品生产、质量管理相关法律、法规；
4、有较好的沟通能力和人际协调能力。
