任职资格：
1. 计算机、交通信息工程、自动化等相关专业本科及以上，1年以上Python后端/算法开发经验；
2. 精通Python科学计算生态（NumPy、SciPy、Pandas、Scikit-learn），熟悉Cython/Numba性能优化；
3. 熟悉常见时空索引（R-tree、KD-tree）与数据挖掘算法（DBSCAN、ST-DBSCAN、Kalman/IMM）；
4. 具备扎实的数据结构与算法基础，能够针对千万级轨迹进行并行化处理；
5. 熟悉结构化数据库操作，能够编写高效地理查询与索引优化；
6. 掌握容器化与Linux环境，熟悉Git等工具链；
7. 有智能交通、航运、海事安全或视频监控行业经验者优先；
