岗位要求：
1、2年及以上相关开发经验，熟练掌握Spring/Springcloud/Springboot等相关技术框架；具备良好的架构分析能力与设计能力，参与前期设计。
2、具有较强项目管理能力，良好的编码和文档习惯，注重代码风格，熟悉各种设计模式和原则，能持续的关注和优化自己做的项目。
3、熟悉互联网技术，对云计算、系统安全、数据库、移动终端相关领域和技术有深入了解；
4、具备较强的计划、组织、领导及分析、判断、决策能力，能很快接管并快速发展一支优秀的研发队伍；
5、极强的执行能力，良好的沟通能力、管理协调与谈判技巧，强烈的事业心与责任心；
