工作职责：

1.负责基于Python Django框架的游戏大厅服务端产品功能的设计开发和维护；

2.与产品/策划部门高效沟通，确定需求并拆分实现点，编写概要设计文档，高效实现，稳定上线；

3.与相关产品/客户端/测试/运营人员进行有效的沟通和协作，参与管理产品研发进度；

4.关注自己负责的相关服务和中间件的功能和性能，持续/快速/高效/合理进行迭代优化；

任职要求：

1.本科及以上学历，计算机/数学相关专业优先，过往经验优秀者学历可放宽至专科；

2.熟练掌握Python，有Python Django框架开发使用经验优先；

3.有游戏大厅开发经验或互联网高并发开发经验者优先；

4.计算机基础扎实，熟悉Linux环境，熟练掌握常见数据结构和算法，熟悉网络编程，熟悉多线程编程；

5.熟悉MySQL/MongoDB/Redis/Kafka/Memcached/ES/Nats等中间件的使用和调优；

6.三年以上游戏行业相关工作经验，完整参与过至少一款从 0 到 1 的手游项目；

7.有高度的责任心和自驱力，有良好的沟通能力，团队协作能力和抗压能力；

8.有休闲类/H5 游戏从业经验者优先；

9.了解Golang，有Golang开发经验者优先；

10.有产品思维和批判思维，能从用户出发，能帮助产品经理更好地打磨好产品者优先；
