1、参与全球固定收益市场投资组合和风险管理平台的开发；
2、与量化团队、产品经理协作，深入理解业务的需求、场景、后续发展方向，进行系统分析、架构设计以及核心功能的开发;
3、解决系统遇到的业务、技术方面问题，寻找可行的改进方案并推行;
4、参与项目中业务功能接口协议和基础类库的设计，解决项目中的关键问题和技术难题；
5、维护和提升现有代码库, 并负责编写相关模块概要设计、详细设计等技术文档；

任职要求：
1、精通 Python，熟悉 Django 和 Flask 框架及其生态（如M、RESTful API 开发）。
2、熟悉 Celery 的分布式任务调度，了解 RabbitMQ/Redis 作为消息中间件的使用。
3、掌握数据库设计（MySQL/Oracle），熟悉 SQL 优化及 NoSQL 应用场景。
4、了解金融领域常用技术栈（如 Pandas 数据处理、NumPy 计算、时序数据库等）。
5、有组合管理、FICC等金融软件经验，对资管行业有一定了解；
加分项：
1、了解微服务架构、Docker/K8s 部署。
2、愿意致力于金融科技行业，有基金、证券等金融行业从业经验者优先；
3、有项目实施经验者优先；
4、为人踏实、细心、有责任心，有一定的抗压能力。
