【岗位职责】：
1. 了解公司现有自动化流程，负责RPA项目的技术可行性分析与落地，针对业务场景开发高稳定性的RPA自动化流程；
2. 负责RPA流程的调试、优化与维护，提升自动化运行效率；
3. 对RPA流程建立监控机制，及时处理自动化过程中的报错与异常；
4. 使用影刀、云扩等主流RPA工具，结合Python/C# 脚本编写，实现复杂业务逻辑的流程自动化场景。

【任职要求】：
1. 1-3年RPA领域开发经验，能够独立开发复杂RPA项目；
2. 熟练使用影刀RPA、云扩RPA至少一种自动化领域主流开发工具；
3. 熟悉Python及常用库如requests, pandas, openpyxl等的使用，懂的如何结合RPA工具扩展自动化能力；
4. 熟练编写XPath和CSS Selector，能快速进行页面元素结构分析并实现元素定位、iframe切换等操作；
5. 熟悉MySQL、SQL Server等关系型数据库及SQL语句的编写，了解mongodb等非关系型数据库；
6. 了解Selenium、Playwright等网页自动化框架，有逆向等爬虫相关经验为加分项；
7. 具备较强的业务理解和问题排查能力，学习能力强，愿意主动积极沟通及反馈，思考问题时较为全面周到。
