岗位职责：
1.负责企业内部业务系统、管理平台的后端开发、迭代优化与BUG修复，保障系统稳定运行；
2.承担轻量化AI应用开发、脚本开发、数据处理、智能工具定制开发工作，适配企业私有化AI部署、RAG知识库、智能辅助办公场景；
3.负责关系型数据库的设计、表结构优化、SQL编写、数据查询、数据同步与数据校验工作，保障业务数据准确、高效存取；
4.配合业务部门完成需求调研、功能开发、接口联调、系统测试及上线部署；
5.整理开发文档、接口文档，维护现有代码体系，优化系统性能，跟进技术迭代。
任职要求：
1.精通Python（核心，AI脚本、数据处理、后端开发）、Java（主力业务开发）、C#（Windows端应用、桌面程序、服务开发）三门主流语言，具备独立编码开发能力；
2.熟练掌握MySQL、SQL Server等关系型数据库，精通SQL语句编写、索引优化、事务处理、数据备份与恢复、分表优化；
3.熟悉常规AI应用开发逻辑，了解大模型私有化部署、RAG知识库搭建、智能问答、数据向量化处理等基础场景；
4.熟悉常用开发框架、接口开发、前后端联调，具备独立完成中小型项目开发落地的能力。
