岗位职责：
1.技术成果挖掘与评估
识别挖掘中心具有市场潜力和转化价值的技术；
组织中心技术成熟度评估、市场前景分析及价值分析。
2.企业/医院对接与合作开发
开拓并维护与医疗机构、制药企业、大健康企业等潜在合作伙伴的关系网络；
精准匹配中心技术成果与企业/医院的需求，主导技术推介与需求对接，促成合作；
推动中心与企业/医院共建联合实验室、中试基地、产业化基地等合作平台。
3.技术交易谈判与执行
主导技术转让/许可的商务谈判、协议起草、签订；
协同法务、财务部门完成合规审查及交易执行。
4.技术转化项目推进
跟踪已签约项目的推进进程，牵头协调技术、资源、政策等关键堵点。
6.转化体系支持
中心技术转移转化政策制定、流程优化及知识产权管理支持工作。
7.中心领导、部门负责人交办的技术转移转化相关工作。
岗位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，中药学、药学、生物技术、生命科学、技术经济等相关专业背景优先。
2.5年以上技术转移转化相关工作经验，其中至少2年为项目管理或团队协作主导角色。
3.熟悉技术合同法律条款及知识产权运营规则，具备财务分析及风险评估能力，持有高级技术经纪人证书者优先。
4.至少主导完成2项技术交易（如转让/许可），并推动进入中试或产业落地阶段（需提供案例简述及佐证）。
5.原则上年龄不超过45岁（条件优异者可适当放宽）。
