岗位职责：

岗位要求：
1.计算机或通信相关专业本科及以上学历，具备扎实的计算机基础。
2. 熟练掌握 Java 语言，具备扎实的编程基本功。
3.熟悉 Spring Cloud 体系，具备微服务架构设计经验，熟悉常⻅的 RPC 调用机制。
4.熟悉 MySQL、Redis、Kafka 等常⻅开源组件的使用及其工作原理，能够进行性能优化与故障排查。
5.精通 TCP/IP、HTTP 协议，熟悉 Linux 系统，并能使用至少一种脚本语言(如 Python、 Shell)进行自动化运维或工具开发。
6.具备高并发、高可用系统设计及优化经验，熟悉 DevOps 流程，有 CI/CD 实践经验。
7.5年及以上服务端开发经验，具备大型分布式系统的开发和优化能力。
