1、参与相关项目的需求分析、功能设计及技术方案制定
2、能够配合团队完成对应模块的编码、调试、测试及维护工作，确保代码质量符合规范
3、编写技术文档如开发手册、设计文档等，记录开发过程与问题解决方案
4、主动学习并应用主流技术框架，如Spring Boot、SpringCloud、MyBatis plus等
5、研究前沿技术如分布式架构、消息中间件、海量数据流批处理等，并尝试应用去解决实际业务场景问题

任职要求
1、计算机科学、软件工程、密码学等相关专业应届生或在校生，本科及以上学历
2、熟悉 Java开发、面向对象编程、数据结构与算法
3、了解Spring、MyBatis等主流框架，熟悉Git/gitLab等版本控制工具
4、了解MySQL、ES、redis等存储引擎，具备一定的SQL优化设计经验
5、具备强烈的学习意愿与解决问题的能力，能快速适应新技术
6、有良好沟通表达能力与团队协作意识，责任心强执行力强

有大厂实习或项目开发经验，熟悉完整开发流程
热爱加密行业，有过链上研发经验或对开源社区有贡献者
