【岗位要求】
1、本科及以上学历，对编程和LLM前沿应用有强烈好奇心和兴趣，学习能力强；
2、熟悉Python的中高级特性，有扎实的编程能力和代码品味，良好的数据结构和算法基础；
3、有深度学习基础，熟悉主流LLM模型与开源框架，了解Agent与RAG相关前沿框架与应用；
4、了解FastAPI, ElasticSearch, MongoDB, Kafka, Clickhouse等常用技术组件，了解协程、缓存、消息、搜索、微服务等后端常用技术。

【加分项】
1、有LLM应用开发经验，深入了解LangChain, AutoGPT, MetaGPT, Llama-Index等LLM开源框架；
