【工作内容】
1、负责电梯安全部件的选型验证、图纸设计及技术文档编制；
2、主导新产品开发过程中的可靠性测试，分析失效模式并制定改进方案以优化性能；
3、对接客户及内部生产部门，解决产品试制、量产阶段的技术问题与质量异常；
4、跟踪国内外电梯安全法规标准更新，确保设计方案符合*新合规性要求；
5、协同供应链进行核心零部件供应商评估，把控关键物料的技术指标与交付质量。

【任职要求】
1、机械设计及自动化相关专业本科及以上学历，具备2年以上电梯主机厂或者零配件研发设计经验；
2、精通机械设计原理，熟练掌握CAD等绘图软件及Office办公软件；
3、具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力，拥有较强的逻辑思维能力及抗压能力，对待工作细致严谨，对新技术应用有敏锐洞察力及持续学习热情。
