岗位职责
1、负责公司私域直播电商 APP Android 端架构设计、核心功能开发与迭代，保障 APP 稳定性、流畅度、兼容性。
2、负责直播核心模块开发：包括直播推拉流、连麦互动、弹幕、礼物、直播间在线人数、PK / 抽奖等直播场景功能。
3、负责腾讯 IM / 即时通讯模块集成与优化：私聊、群聊、直播间消息、心跳保活、高并发消息下发、弱网优化。
4、负责电商交易全链路开发

任职要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历
2、精通 Java / Kotlin 语言，熟练掌握 Android 四大组件、UI 绘制、事件分发、多线程、网络框架等基础原理。
3、熟练使用主流第三方框架：OkHttp、Retrofit、Glide/Picasso、RxJava/Flow、Room、MMKV 等。
4、有直播相关开发经验：熟悉 RTMP/FLV/HLS 直播协议，对接过直播 SDK（腾讯云直播 / 阿里云直播 / 快手直播等）。
5、有IM 即时通讯开发经验：集成过腾讯 IM 优先，熟悉长连接、心跳保活、消息队列、弱网重连机制。
6、有电商 / 团购 / 私域运营类项目经验：熟悉商品、订单、支付、核销、营销活动等业务逻辑。
7、熟练掌握 Android 性能优化：启动优化、内存优化、卡顿监控、ANR 排查、崩溃率优化。
8、具备良好的代码规范、架构意识，能独立负责模块设计与开发，沟通协作能力强。
9、能快速定位线上问题，有高并发、高稳定性场景开发与问题排查经验。
