4、协调相关策划、程序、美术、测试等部门沟通配合，控制好版本进度及后续跟进；
5、思考负责的工作内容，并不断提升效率；
6、处理本地化需求，高品质完成版本本地化内容处理；
任职要求:
1、热爱游戏，游戏经历极为丰富，有志于参与游戏运营；
2、思维逻辑性强，做事有条理，责任心强、主动性高；
3、能吃苦、有拼劲，领悟能力强；
4、对数据敏感，有一定的数据分析能力；
5、性格开朗，沟通能力强，团队协作能力强，书面与口头表达流畅严谨；
6、杰出的学习能力环境适应能力；
7、英语水平CET-4及以上；
8、熟悉并能良好运用Office、Photoshop等常用工具；
9、本科（含）以上学历在读，计算机相关专业优先，对游戏研发业务有了解者优先；
10、有利用AI解决日常问题的习惯。
