- 精通Unity引擎，对引擎中部分模块有深入的研究
- 熟练掌握帧同步，状态同步的应用场景及相应的技术实现，对战斗预测回滚有一定的了解
- 熟练掌握游戏战斗各因素及相应的技术实现，对卡牌类游戏的战斗框架有深入的了解
- 对状态机，行为树等有一定程度的研究，能够掌握其原理和机制
- 思维敏捷，责任心强，有较高的自我管理、任务跟进、推动能力
- 善于沟通，有良好的团队合作精神
