1.依照质量标准和研发要求，负责试剂/耗材的询比价、选择供应商、合同制定与审批、采购下单、物料跟踪到货等;及时协调解决需求部门的询价、询货期、质量解决等问题;
2.负责物料供应商程序的维护，供应商问卷调查。
3.根据请购清单，完成生产物料采购，并做好订单的跟踪和确认。
4.对于常用的高风险/高价值物料，协助研发、生产和质量部门共同开发新的供应商资源以支持业务的持续开展；
5.负责做好是市场调研、分析、预测工作，了解市场行情，保证采购质量，降低采购成本；
6.配合仓库、财务完成到货明细、数量、金额的核对。及时处理采购相关发票并做好登记、提前做好付款计划；
7.负责开发、管理和维护合格供应商库，组织相关部门定期与核心供应商回顾供应、质量、服务、成本，对关键供应商进行年度评估和考核并跟踪其整改措施；
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，生物技术、制药工程、供应链管理、国际贸易或相关专业背景。
2.4以上采购与供应链工作经验，其中至少2年以上生物医药、细胞基因治疗或CDMO行业相关经验。
3.具备出色的解决问题能力、沟通协调能力与商务谈判技巧。
4.责任心强，具备团队合作精神，能在快节奏、多任务的环境中高效工作。
