2.负责HCPs、SDS-PAGE电泳、亲和力测定等表征分析方法开发、确认，质量研究；
3.运用各种分析技术支持原液上下游工艺开发、制剂工艺开发或确认工作，解决出现的各种技术问题；
4.负责及时总结整理实验结果，撰写相关技术文件如SOP，技术方案和报告，确保数据资料的真实性、完整性与可靠性；参与项目IND和BLA申报资料撰写；
5.负责相关仪器设备的维护、保养；生化分析新技术跟踪，支持平台建设。
任职要求：
1.本科学历2年以上或硕士学历1年以上相关工作经验重组生物制品相关工作经验；生物化学、分子生物学、免疫学或药物分析等相关专业；
2.扎实的生物化学、细胞生物学、分析化学等专业知识，熟悉大分子药物工艺相关杂质、生化免疫学分析和微生物安全性分析的主要内容、常用分析技术；
3.掌握ELISA、qPCR、2D-WB、SDS-PAGE、UV、细胞培养等生化活性分析常见实验技术；
4.了解Ch.P/USP/EP和ICH、NMPA、FDA关于生物药物质量控制分析技术指导原则
5.良好的沟通和学习能力，有独立分析和解决问题的能力，良好团队合作精神；
6.具有一定的数据分析技能，良好的英语读写能力；
7.熟悉常用的计算机办公软件。
