6.根据基因治疗相关药品的注册要求，提供建立产品标准和部分CMC研究方法的评估方向；
7.根据各产品性能，提供稳定性方案制定及评估方向；
8.指导QC实验室的设计和建立，识别建立过程中的相应软硬件风险，并合理安排相应QC管理计划。
9.领导安排其它任务。
任职要求：
1.统招全日制本科及以上学历具有生物制药、生物工程、发酵工程、分子生物学等相关专业背景。
2.具备8年以上GMP体系QC分析工作经验，含5年以上QC管理经验；
3.熟悉生物药相关法规知识，具备国内外大客户审计经验;
4.熟悉国内外生物药品质量控制相关政策和法律法规，熟悉药品申报流程;
5.熟悉生物药品质量控制相应的仪器应用，方法验证相关法规要求;
6.熟悉生物药品相应法规及检测方法，能给团队指导；
7.逻辑性强，思路清晰，具有较强的分析和解决问题能力，能够撰写复杂的分析报告；
