The Flex Operations team works closely with all colleagues from Service Delivery as well as the Health Solutions teams to implement support service delivery fonline benefits clients. They focus on processing standard service delivery work, to clean data, import export reports, support daily on-going administration work, co-work with digital benefits internal teams to deliver best service to clients.

They are responsible fservice delivery quality as per agreed timeline, driving continuous operational efficiency, aligning to operating models, ensuring all projects meet exceed Aon’s our clients’ agreed best practices standards of service.

What the day will look like:
- Responsible fsuccessful service delivery in accordance with the agreed in scope deliverables fBAU implementations/renewals.
- Learn to understAon’s online benefits platforms operating mechanism, based on the standard service delivery to support standard online benefits operating model fBAU, implementations renewals.
- Support the System Delivery Consultants, as needed, with system testing.
- Deliver monthly enrollment reports to clients including the generation of monthly reports as well as invoice issuing.
- Handle the daily enquires other requirements from HRs employees based on the SLA with clients.
- Handle the FSA daily operation work based on the SLA with clients.
- Drive continuous service delivery process efficiency to align with Aons standards meet local business needs.
- Be responsible fthe compilation revision of employee benefits commodity manuals/configurations, accurately present commodity information benefit rules.
- Collaborate with procurement, administration other departments to ensure that benefit content matches employees needs.

Skills experience that will lead to success:
-Bachelors degree above
- Basic knowledge about general compensation benefits will be a plus
- Proficient English spoken written skills
- Solid working knowledge of computers office tools, excel, word PPT
- Be careful rigorous, with strong control over details such as policy clauses commodity information; have a strong sense of responsibility, be able to complete the collation of benefit materials on time
- Possess solid writing skills, be able to compile manuals clearly logically, ensure the content is easy to understunambiguous
- Excellent customer service, teamwork spirit have high sense of responsibility
- Capable to communicate effectively independently with both internal external
- Be able to learn fast work under pressure
- Continue to develop learn inder to keep up to date with technology, methodology best practices
