KEY ROLE:
1. 新产品导入。New products introduction.
2. 良率提升，不良品分析。Yield improvement, defects analysis.
3. 生产流程优化。Production process improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. 负责新产品导入工作，对接英国研发部门转移的技术文件（包括 BOM，图纸和测试技术要求），跟踪新产品试产并解决试产发现的问题,专注于电子相关的过程及质量问题的解决。
Be responsible fthe introduction of new products, transfer the technical documents from the UK R&D department (including BOM, drawings technical specification), trial run new products solve the problems found in engineering build, focus on electronics related process quality problem solving.
2. 与英国工程师团队合作测试改善，从软件及硬件方面做技术支持。日常调试生产线使用的操作软件，例如装配操作软件，包装操作软件，测试操作软件等。
Work with UK engineering team on tester development, technical support maintenance from hardware software. Debugging production software, such as CIS, pack software, text software.
3. 支持CyDen中国工厂和供应商的新材料开发过程。
Support new material development in Cyden China factory our suppliers in China.
4. 与英国工程师紧密合作，将英国的Power BI看板落地到中国，并合作其他生产流程优化项目
Work closely with UK engineers to bring UK Power BI program to China collaborate with other production process optimization projects.
5. 参与持续改善活动，降本增效。
Participate in continuous improvement activities to reduce cost increase efficiency.
6. 领导安排的其他相关事项；
Other related matters assigned by Supr.;
REQUIREMENTS：
1. 本科以上学历，电子工程、自动化软件工程相关专业。
Bacheldegree above, majored in 4. Electronics engineering, automation software engineering related..
2. 英语可以作为工作语言。
English can be used as working language.
3. 良好的沟通技巧和结果导向。
Good communication skills resultiented.
4. 对PCBA及相关电子元件有丰富的经验。
strong experiences on PCBA related electronics components.
