岗位职责
1、负责软件系统设计、编码和测试工作；
2、能够有效地对新人或普通开发工程师进行辅导，帮助其快速成长；
3、维护和升级现有软件产品和系统，快速定位并修复现有软件缺陷；
岗位要求
1、拥有5年以上Java程序开发经验。
2、精通Java及面向对象设计开发，了解常用设计模式。
3、熟悉使用springmvc、spring、mybatis、springboot框架，了解springcloud。
4、熟悉Mysql等常用数据库，并具熟练编写SQL语句。
5、熟练操作Linux系统及常用命令、熟练使用redis、mq等常用的中间件和git、maven等开发工具。
6、有Web及前端技术开发经验，了解html、css、vue。
7、有良好的软件工程、质量意识和业务分析能力，能把握业务关键点并拿出相应的技术方案。
8、具备良好的团队合作意识，思路清晰，具有良好的沟通能力和分析问题、解决问题的能力。
9、能够独立完成系统结构开发和应用部署。
