任职资格
一定是计算机软件相关专业，本科及以上学历；8年以上Java实际研发经验，至少深度参与过一个物联网类项目；
熟悉Java及Java EE体系结构，熟练掌握Linux系统，熟悉Spring、Spring Cloud、MyBatis等开源框架；
熟练掌握Mysql、Oracle等数据库，能编写高效SQL代码；熟悉并能使用Redis、MongoDB等；
熟练掌握RabbitMQ、RocketMQ、Kafka中的一种或多种;
熟悉CICD及相关工具如Maven、Jenkins、SVN、Git、Tomcat、Nginx、Docker、K8s等；
对技术充满激情，具备较强的独立学习能力和良好的沟通表达能力及团队协作能力；
熟悉物联网应用整体架构体系,熟悉物联网常见的通讯协议如MQTT,modbus,Bacnet等;
熟悉当前流行前后端技术，有一定的前后端开发能力，掌握Vue、React等前端框架，能熟练使用JavaScript进行开发；
有一定的产品思维和业务敏锐度, 学习能力强，做事积极主动善于沟通;
