3.负责画面渲染品质提升,美术资源的性能优化。
任职要求：
1.三年以上Unity项目研发经验，精通引擎特效动画模块，熟练使用3dsmax，AE等制作工具;
2.具备扎实的美术功底与鉴赏能力，对节奏感,打击感,色影感有充分的理解;
3.对特效表现与损耗的平衡有良好的把控能力，熟悉优化逻辑与流程;
4.美术相关专业优先，具备较好的手绘能力，对特效所需的贴图与设计稿绘制有较丰富的经验;
5.做事认真负责精益求精，具备良好的职业素养、沟通技巧、团队协作能力。
