1、参与社区产品各业务模块的 Python 开发工作，独立或牵头编写高质量、简洁可维护的代码；参与高效、稳定、高可扩展业务系统的设计与实现，对所负责模块的代码质量、性能及稳定性直接负责。
2、参与业务系统领域的需求评审，结合业务逻辑输出可行的技术方案并推动落地；配合公司技术战略，参与技术架构优化的具体实施工作，严格遵循团队技术标准规范，协助排查系统运行中的技术问题。
3、主动攻克研发过程中的技术难点（如接口性能瓶颈、中间件适配问题等）；参与代码审查（Code Review）、技术分享，协助团队成员解决开发难题，助力提升团队整体代码质量与工程实践能力。

岗位要求
1、统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；2年以上 Python 开发工作经验，有社区类产品或高交互业务系统开发经验者优先。
2、精通 Python 基础技术体系，熟练掌握主流 Python 框架；熟悉分布式微服务架构原理，能熟练使用常见中间件，具备实际参数调优或问题排查经验者优先。
3、具备分布式微服务架构的项目实践经验；有高并发、大数据场景下的开发或问题解决经验（如峰值流量处理、数据同步优化等）者优先。
4、具备优秀的逻辑思维与独立解决问题的能力；良好的团队协作精神与沟通意识，能快速理解业务需求并转化为技术实现；对技术有追求，主动关注 Python 技术生态趋势，愿意持续学习。
