1. 工作职责
• 基于公司内部服务架构和业务流程，结合行业*佳实践，构建多层次立体化的内部网络安全防御体系，防范黑客入侵、数据泄露、数据勒索、APT攻击等安全事件；
• 负责研发环境的安全风险防范，包括系统权限控制、漏洞修复、研发目录和数据安全管理、日志审计及IDS策略配置；
• 信息安全体系和制度建设，开展信息安全宣导。

2. 任职资格
• 研究生及以上学历，计算机信息安全相关专业毕业；
• 至少1年以上安全攻防对抗或者反入侵方向工作经验，并具有Windows、Linux系统管理相关安全经验；
• 熟悉Linux操作系统，精通网络安全技术，如防火墙、入侵检测/预防系统、加密技术、访问控制等，对网络安全攻防原理有深入理解，对常规数据库安全具有一定的安全管控经验；
• 具备良好的漏洞挖掘和分析能力，熟悉常见网络漏洞的检测与修复技术，如 Web 漏洞、系统漏洞等；
• 有中大型云平台（AWS/Azure/阿里云/腾讯云/华为云）安全项目实施经验，或者在企业网络大规模实施开源HIDS/NIDS等安全项目经验尤佳；
• 熟练掌握至少一种安全监控和分析工具，熟练掌握至少一种编程语言（Shell/Python/Java/C++等）；
• 表达能力良好，具有良好的组织协调和跨团队沟通能力。
