1、负责药品生产许可证申报、GMP符合性检查迎检，整改报告的起草与提交；

2、负责组织建立质量保证目标、质量保证体系，监督质量管理体系有效运行，执行、完善和规范企业药品生产质量管理；

3、负责审核公司内部质量保证体系中与产品质量有关的变更、与产品相关的偏差、确保已经调查并及时处理，确保所有重大偏差和检验结果超标已经过调查并得到及时处理；

4、负责监督厂房设施和设备设计、安装与维护工作，监督设备的维修、维护保养，以保持其良好的运行状态；监督厂区卫生管理，确保符合要求，监督厂房的维护保养，以保持良好的运行状态；

5、负责审核产品质量回顾的数据统计分析及报告，确保完成产品质量回顾分析；

6、负责法规搜集、解读与培训，积极与官方沟通，保证公司的GMP运行符合法规和官方要求；

7、完成领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、药学或相关专业本科以上学历，至少5年以上药品质量管理经验；

2 、熟悉掌握《药品管理法》、《GMP》等法律法规和《中国药典》、《美国药典》和《欧洲药典》等有关药品的法定标准

3、具有生产许可证，GMP符合性检查的经验，具有直接应对国家食品药品监督管理局（NMPA）或美国FDA现场核查的经验；至少具备一次带队通过GMP认证的经验。
