任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上Java开发经验，或3年及以上高级开发岗位经验；
2、精通Java 8及以上特性，熟悉Lambda、Stream API等；
3、深入理解JVM内存管理、垃圾回收、多线程、IO/NIO、网络编程等；
4、掌握常用数据结构和算法，熟悉设计模式并能在项目中灵活应用；
5、掌握Linux常用命令，能独立完成应用部署与问题排查；
6、具备良好的文档习惯，能独立编写技术设计、接口文档等；
责任心强，能主动跟进项目进展，对交付质量负责；
有企业级管理系统、中台或B端产品开发经验优先；
