3、深入理解MySQL原理，具备复杂业务场景下的表设计能力与SQL调优经验；
4、熟悉分布式架构设计，掌握Redis、RabbitMQ/Kafka等中间件技术；
5、有互联网门户项目经验，熟悉Vue框架协作模式及RESTful接口规范。
6、有电商、社交、金融、AI或大模型等高并发系统开发经验，具备丰富的运维及复杂问题解决经验优先；
7、熟悉容器化技术（Docker/K8s）及DevOps流程优先；
8、了解统一认证/CAS和流程引擎对接方案，具备技术方案文档编写及团队技术指导经验。
