岗位职责：
一、系统实施与运维：
1、负责MES系统的日常运维、故障排查及性能优化，保障生产现场系统7×24小时稳定运行；
2、参与新项目的蓝图设计、需求调研、系统部署及上线切换，需求分析与开发：对接生产、质量、工艺等业务部门，收集并梳理业务需求；
3、完成MES系统的二次开发、配置修改或功能定制，编写相关技术文档。系统集成与对接：
4、负责MES与ERP、WMS、PLM、AGV及底层自动化设备的数据接口开发与维护，确保数据流转的实时性与准确性；
5、数据管理与报表：负责生产数据的采集、清洗与分析，开发可视化看板及统计报表，为管理层决策提供数据支撑；
6、培训与知识沉淀：编制用户操作手册、运维手册及培训教材；组织关键用户及终端操作员的系统使用培训，建立内部知识库；
7、流程优化：深入理解生产制造业务流程，主动识别痛点，通过IT手段推动生产流程标准化与持续改善。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、自动化、工业工程等相关专业。
2、3年及以上MES项目实施或运维经验，有如锂电/光伏/汽车零部件行业经验者优先。
3、精通至少一种主流编程语言（C#/.NET/Java/Python等）；
4、熟练掌握SQL Server/Oracle/MySQL等数据库，具备复杂查询及存储过程编写能力；
5、熟悉Web API、WebService、MQTT、OPC UA等常见通讯协议及接口技术。
6、产品经验：熟悉主流MES平台（如Siemens Opcenter/Camstar、Rockwell Plex、宝信、摩尔元数、自研平台等）者优先。
7、业务理解：熟悉ISA-95标准，了解生产制造核心业务（工单管理、物料追溯、质量管理、设备管理等）。
8、综合素质：具备良好的沟通协调能力、抗压能力及团队合作精神；能适应项目期间的短期出差。
