3、配合开发团队完成ABAP程序开发、报表开发及接口调试，支持业务定制化需求；
4、对接生产、采购、仓储等部门，梳理制造行业业务流程并提供系统解决方案；
5、编写技术文档、操作手册，并组织用户培训，提升业务部门系统使用效率；
6、协同其他模块团队，保障端到端业务流程的系统集成性；
7、持续跟踪SAP新技术及行业优秀实践，提出系统优化建议。
职位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，3年以上SAP系统运维经验，精通FICO/PP模块配置及业务流程；
2、具备制造业背景（必需），材料行业经验优先；
3、1年以上ABAP开发经验，能独立完成简单程序开发及调试；
4、熟悉制造行业生产计划、物料管理、成本控制等核心业务逻辑；
5、具备较强的需求分析能力，能快速定位问题并提出解决方案；
6、熟练使用SAP标准功能及增强开发工具（如BAPI、IDOC、LSMW等）；
7、熟悉AI数字化应用，能使用AI工具为工作提效，持有“飞书效率先锋认证”者优先；
