岗位职责:
1.参与公司内部web应用项目的需求分析、系统设计、功能开发和测试，确保项目按时高质量交付；
2.负责后端服务的开发与维护，基于Python/FastAPI框架实现API接口；
3.负责数据库设计与优化，使用MySQL进行数据存储和管理，保障数据高效可靠；
4.负责前端界面的开发与交互，基于Vue3框架开发web前端页面；
5.与产品、测试及运维团队紧密合作，持续优化系统性能和用户体验；
6.参与系统部署、监控和维护工作，熟练运用Prometheus、Grafana等工具进行系统观测和故障排查；
7.编写技术文档，参与代码审查，保证代码质量和可维护性。

岗位要求：

1.本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、通信、电子等相关专业，3年以上Python Web开发经验；
2.精通Python编程，熟悉FastAPI或类似异步框架，有实际项目开发经验；
3.熟练掌握MySQL数据库设计与优化，熟悉SQL调优；
4.熟练掌握Vue3前端框架，具备独立开发前端页面的能力，熟悉HTML5、CSS3、JavaScript/TypeScript；
5.熟悉Linux操作系统常用命令，能够在Linux环境下进行开发与部署；
6.熟悉Git版本控制工具，有良好的代码规范和团队协作意识；
7.有服务器监控、运维平台或类似系统开发经验者优先；熟悉Prometheus、Grafana等监控工具者优先；
8.具备良好的学习能力、沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够主动承担任务并独立解决问题。
