1、参与Android应用和无线通信协议自动化测试需求的技术评估，提供可行性分析与技术解决方案。
2、负责Android测试工具APP的架构设计与模块开发，确保应用在无线通信终端测试场景下的高效稳定运行。
3、主导从代码实现到版本发布的全流程质量管控，通过单元测试、性能优化等手段确保应用兼容性与稳定性。
4、输出技术文档、API文档、问题解决方案等专业资料，为团队知识传承与技术积累提供支持。
5、优化现有测试流程，探索新技术在自动化测试场景中的应用，提升产品竞争力。
6、完成上级交办的任务。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、数学等相关专业，2年以上Android开发经验。
2、技术能力：
- 精通Java/Kotlin语言。
- 熟悉Android系统架构，有NDK开发经验者优先。
- 掌握常用设计模式，具备良好的代码结构与面向对象编程思想。
3、开发工具：
- 熟练使用通用的代码开发工具。
- 熟悉代码管理工具，具备高效的分支管理与代码协作能力。
- 熟悉AutoJs/AutoX自动化测试框架优先。
4、测试与优化：
- 熟悉单元测试框架（如JUnit, Mockitor）。
- 具备性能优化经验，熟悉内存泄漏检测与分析工具。
5、英语四级及以上，能够流畅阅读英文技术文档。
6、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够独立工作和解决问题。
7、自我驱动力强，可以快速学习新的技术和业务。
