工作职责:
1. 引擎架构与框架搭建
基于Unity 3D（或Unreal Engine），从0到1搭建仓库数字孪生场景的核心框架。
设计可扩展的模块化架构，支持动态加载不同仓库布局（如平库、立库、堆场、AGV区等）。
2. 大场景性能优化
主导万级货位、百台AGV的大场景渲染优化。
精通LOD（多层次细节）、Occlusion Culling（遮挡剔除）、Draw Call合批、GPU Instancing等技术，确保程序在主流计算机上稳定60帧运行。
针对Draw Call、内存占用、CPU耗时进行Profile分析与调优。
3. 动画与视觉特效
实现吊机/叉车/集卡/AGV/堆垛机的平滑移动插值算法，消除抖动与瞬移。
负责出入库货物流、机械臂动作、传送带运转等动态逻辑。
制作必要的Shader特效（如货位状态高亮、热力图、流动光线）。
4. 交互与用户体验
编写核心交互逻辑：键盘操作、鼠标拾取/高亮货位、框选区域、/三人称漫游、距离/体积测量。
设计直观的UI/UX视觉反馈，衔接后端数据更新（如实时更新货位外观）。
5. 跨职能协作
配合建模师：指导模型规范（面数、LOD层级、碰撞体），将CAD图纸或点云数据转化为引擎内可用的低面模型。
配合后端：定义数据接口格式（JSON/Protobuf），高效处理通过WebSocket推送的实时坐标与状态数据。
配合编写部署文档及其他交付工作。
任职资格:
5年以上游戏引擎（Unity/Unreal）开发经验，至少2个完整上线的3D项目（非样板间Demo），有数字孪生、工业仿真或大场景漫游类项目经验者优先。
